Nice post Webber.
I'll get on to adding the results to SLS tonight.
If you aren't registered for this series in SLS, please do so now.
Great Senna pic there. If I remember rightly back to about a week ago when I watched the 1991 f1 season review for about the 10 millionth time, Senna had just completed an epic drive which had him stuck in 6th gear. He had to be lifted out of the car due to exhaustion. Anyone other than Senna might have retired or just plain crashed out of the race under these circumstances.
This was the 2nd of 4 wins in a row and set him up for the title win despite the Williams going on to be the class of the field later in the season
My night wasn't quite that good.
I had the pace to at least hang on to the back of the pack but a couple of little spins here and there cost too much time.
But I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I've always liked Interlagos and Adelaide I like even more. Bring it on.

Great cars, great track, great drivers.
I only had time for 1 race, and amazingly came out on the top step of the podium.
Qualified 5th, I just couldn't get a perfect lap in, I was always wide somewhere or just couldn't hit the apex in the middle sector.
Race went well, didn't have any troubles, got a great start of the line and was straight into 3rd by turn 2. Managed to hold myself there for the remainder of the race until about 6 minutes remaining, and I saw Corty in the wall at turn 4, and webber had slowed coming up to turn 5....gathering Webber spun corty and had to give back the position?
But from then on, held first place and took the win.
Looking forward to the next round!

Re: Post Brazil F1 1991
I had a reasonable round. Fliiped the Minardi on lap one first race, dnf.
Battles with Mozza, Dano and BillyBob saw me get 8th and 7th I think in the next two races. Pretty happy to just finish a couple in these cars.
Even qualified in 6th spot which was awesome, busted out a 1:17xxx for the first time all week.
Thanks for all the help guys, and well done to everyone, it was a pretty clean race in these. Especially being the first round.
I think the walls of Adelaide may hamper a couple more peoples races next week, but get some laps in and you should make it to the end.

re: Post Brazil F1 1991
Great night, these cars look great and sound sensational. Times in practice and quali were so incredibly close which i found fascinating considering that setups in some cases were vastly different.
Race one was a disaster cos i forgot to fuel up and started the race with 4 laps of fuel...duh.
The other two races were better with a few errors costing me a couple of spots but had some good battles particularly with Floydie who was so much faster in a straight line but i was able to brake later and carry a little more corner speed which made for an awesome few laps. Very happy to finish with a 5th and 6th, pity about race one rookie mistake lol.
Looking forward to the next round this will be another enjoyable series and the racing will only get better as ppl dial in

Um i've imported the points. But there seems to be some issue. Hazza is not credited with any points even though he won race1.
I've reimported each race about 4 times.
Any ideas Benny?

sent.
If you look at the standings he's there but with no points and no win.
It's only race1 actually, I looked at the file and it looked correct to me.

Great racing again at TTR, i was lucky to make that race. Definately cant make the next one but should get to the one after hopefully.
Battles with Billy and Mozz were terriffic did notice GroupC in the mirrors at one stage but i think my dallara was fitted with indy wings, oh plus it was a red one lol.
But she turned like an ashfelt canoo, i was determined to get it to work.
well I enjoyed it imensly
