Qual 8pm 20min Vic/Nsw
10 min warm up
2x Races 16 laps (reduced due to track length change) both races have CPS with 4 tyres changed

This track runs fine for me...........

The issue i had tonight and it has happened to me before... possibly on the practice server... is that after completing the first out lap, i get booted (performance) doesn't do much for your confidence... thought maybe even my out-lap was too slow

Usually if i come back in, it runs fine. Tonite it just kept booting me....

I will try again tomorrow night.............

Yeah just had a run to quite like it. Hard to learn the best I managed was 2m04 mid

With Server going to look at bringing the race server back to 14 slot and getting 14 slot for the practice with Hypernia as well who supply our race server. The practice server has booted me at times too

No matter what version of this track I run it always kills my fps something shocking.

I'll still race tho.

Best I can manage here is a high 2:07 atm with sweet fa practice.

Hey Guys we are going to switch to orginal version of YAS were running as there a few people having issues with the No Grip Version which we knew was a possibilty when we put it up. I will put a link back up tonight with the version we will be using

Fuel normal
Tyre wear x 2

Race 2 is Reverse grid of race 1 finishing positions.

Points are the same as the real V8 Supercar series.

Awesome. So does that mean that there'll be no points for the Albert Park GP round, just like in the real series? Would be kind for those attending the GP

it is part of the points i go at least one if not two rounds to help people missing rounds the championship is broken down into smaller championships to give people who miss a round a chance to not have to spend all year trying to catchup from missing A round .

Speaking of missing Wife has booked us out to tea with friends Saturday night so might make race two but at this stage race 1 is out for sure

AARRRHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Had a run Last night quite enjoyed track got down to 2:16.455 with full fuel but my tyre life would be a big issue if I think about pushing anywhere near that hard. Race 1 for me is out for sure Race 2 is small possiblity and hoping I can as I really liked the layout.

Off the subject I see that this round in reallife is a sprint tyre only round I hope the new V8 Factor unleashed has the sprint tyre option

Just a suggestion but what if we started an hour later or so?
Would that help Kiwi and Benny make both races?
I don't know how anyone else feels but I'd be happy to start later if it meant those two could make it.

I am happy to run it & start an hour later if the other regular's agree, Mini, Wally26, Webber etc?

I really appreciate the offer the thing is that I'm unsure I will make it hoping race two but won't really know until when I get home, as won't be pushing to be home at a time as that would stuff my chances racing the rest of the year with my wife. She generally doesn't book to often for us to go out on Saturdays as she knows I enjoy the racing. If I get you guys to wait an appear to be rushing her then she will book stuff every Saturday night as pay back.

How about we put in the calander for a enduro at Yas after mainfield nz round for v8 factor so people that missed can have run no points of course. People are going to miss rounds from time to time. Allthough I really appreciate the offer I can't be sure I will make it

I personally don't object to you starting later if it helps kiwi out as long as all regulars agree it is mainly yourself Dano that it effects due to time difference

Ok, Firstly thanks to Dano for the kind gesture. We don't normally delay racing but i thought it best in this case to agree with Dano's idea & considering it is the 1st round, however this does not open the offer up to delay round's in the future just because someone cant make it on time. Please don't take this the wrong way, we just don't want to set a precedent that we will do this in the future. As if we do it once then whenever someone can't make it they will expect the same.
With my Pedal issue's i had recently i was close to missing this round myself & would have been on just to admin only.

After reading Benyy & Kiwi's post the racing will still run at the normal time.

I think what you said about an enduro run non points is a great idea for those who couldn't make it, i am keen to drive so set a date Ben.

This is not directed at anyone just a general understanding & hope it does not offend anyone.

I would be happy to start it an hour late if anyone reconsiders. After all the more of us can make it, the better.

Also keen for an enduro round. Even though it seems like the circuit was designed by Helen Keller, enduros are always great fun & practice.

Just like the real circuit guy's, please use extreme caution when exiting pitlane to merge on to the track as it is extremely hard to see car's coming even using your mirrors as the rear of your car is pointing away from the track when you exit pitlane.

You are using the Birkuc version of Abu Dhabi! I almost helped him with that track and others as well lol

What mod are we using?? Ill try and get as much laps in as i can if it is new I can't seem to find a link anywhere

I don't mind the start time I just wanna kickback and race
