Global Info Display

After reading comments about not being able to see the start lights, I thought I would share with you what I have been using.

I use Global Info Display which is similar to TV style but in my opinion, easier to modify. You could, if you wanted... hide all the features and just have the starting lights!

im confused about this,
my game wont start now

is this what i need to do?

GID doesn't need other graphical plugins. It is recommended to disable/remove other
graphical plugins. If you want use GID with an other graphical plugin, follow these steps:
1. Rename d3d9.dll (from other graphical plugin) in d3d9_previous.dll
2. Unzip GID in rFactor Folder;
3. Edit GIDPlugin.ini as:
[GENERAL]
OriginalD3D9Dll = d3d9_previous.dll

I'm perry sure Kris it took me a little to get it to work but once I read through the instructions was all good couldn't run without it now

i had to down load two thingys to make it work
it did say
Requirements
A) DirectX End-User Runtimes from Microsoft
B) Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)

but i over looked that A
