iracing - anyone from here on it?
ended up buying a year of it last night as theres a 50% off at the moment. had fun trying to navigate through their menus and trying to find a race is difficult. had a bit of a test with the cars and first race was the legends cars at laguna seca which were a handful. needless to say the tracks are very nice graphically. need to get off the rookie licence before you get to race anything thats semi decent. anyways 6th out of 21 drivers for the first race on it i thought wasnt too bad and need to refine my wheel and pedal rates . also the setups in the the iracing garage are crap and hard to adjust. and having to hold esc to get back to the menu sucks ass. will get more of an idea of the game last night but thats my first impressions anyway, id give a month a try while its 50% off and see how you go.

I subscribed to it, got a year for $49 or so with their Black Friday sale recently. Haven't done much with it, enjoying the TTR stuff with rFactor too much.
Mount Panorama is just superb, very very accurate. I hate racing the rFactor versions now after running the iRacing one! Phillip Island is another brilliant version. I ran in a Mazda MX5 series for a while around the American tracks, was reasonable fun, but I had a rubbish connection back then so suffered massively with lag.
I purchased the V8 Supercar mod for a thrash, but am having tears with the braking, it continually wants to lock rears. i'm obviously missing something with the setup of my wheel/pedals.
I could recommend it, but haven't joined a league - having too much fun with you blokes

I haven't tried it. Having to buy the basic game, then having to buy additional cars and tracks, on top of a subscription just annoys me...
And like CD, I enjoy racing rFactor too much.

Anyone from TTR still doing the iRacing thing? I haven't renewed. Looking forward to some rF2 at some stage in the future though.
