Thought I'd get in some practice, but the server has Monaco, not Long Beach.

I cycled through the tracks last night and never found long beach so I've pm'd Benny.

Looking forward to Long Beach, fantastic track the 79 version... Gonna be a different beast around here... High Downforce & Grip out of the low speed corners!!

Just did 30 laps of testing, the first 27 of which all included a spin or a crash! I only mananged three clean laps, a pair of 1:29s and then a 1:27.99
Default settings for suspension and tyre pressures seem fine. I maxed out the wings, ran the 4.5 diff and mucked up about with gear ratios.

Sorry If I led you astray on the ratios Dave.
After many laps I find I'm enjoying this track very much. I'm still finding the hairpin after the main straight really difficult to get right.
I'll most likely be back on the server tonight.

Done a few laps yesterday. Best of 1 22.300. Didnt change much from the setup from Kyalami. I just maxed out the front wing and added rear wing until oversteer was balanced out, then changed the gear ratios to suit. I think fast times come Tuesday will be around the high 1 20's/low 1 21's.

after over 50 laps and re aranging the car 10 times back and 4th pulling the gearbox out 3 times and changing ratios
1 got down to A 21.996
