Wow....... going to need all the practice I can get for this one...

WOW not wrong Kiwi tuff track but I think it is going to be some fun Cleaning passing is going to be pretty difficult here

Did some practice tonight I managed to Get in to the low 25's not sure how this is going to compare but got a reasonable setup base to work from. Tyre Life for 15 mins going to be Hard You can destroy them pretty quickly while under steering.

It is a Tuff track and would recommend doing some practice for this one took some learning to even break through the 1m 30 bracket.

yep, hard track to get the flow on, but it comes in time
should be good, but you do need to get to know the layout

Once Registered go to Drivers tab then Edit Data

Click On Seasons

On the V8 Supercars series down the bottom of the Seasons page click Edit and Enter you Car selection and The exact name you use in Rfactor.

Then Save



You can run without doing this but you will not receive any points for your results if you don't



Saturdays Race starts Qual at 8pm Australia Eastern Standard time

Hmmm 1.31 with sprints on without a set, could be a very competitave curcuit. Just need to learn self control on the uphill right hander after the underpass very weightless lol

More testing tonight with Kris both of us into the mid 1m 23 but mainly have tuned in a good setup for the race

thanks for the reply guys, since i havnt raced these before and its a bit of a demanding track i'll leave you guys to it tonight but i'll be keen for a run next time thats for sure, have a good 1 guys

Great racing, had some good battles with nick. Let the faster guys through and found myself getting faster and faster even with balding tyres following there lines, so pretty pleased. Once again your a good bunch of guys to race with and you run a bloody good league(s) and looking forward to next week. Another week off work so hopefully servers up so i can get some much needed praccy laps on the "course with the cork". Cheers guys.

I'll post report tomorrow have to say this USA series has produced some of the best racing We have had in this cars

Had the one hour practice before the race for this one.
When it came to qualy I think I bet my pb from the practice before by half a second lol and got 3rd on the grid.

Final lap of race 1 was coming home in 4th hit an anti-cut wall and that was it lol

Race 2 Got up to 3rd in the first laps then moo had an off at turn 1 and was behind Wobblyone. He just disappeared in front of me and all of a sudden I was in the lead lol

Had moo all over me for 2 laps and exiting turn 1 I gave him room but just enough room to be behind me for the next corner. Think he exited the corner on the grass and spun it. Bad luck there mate.

Was leading until the tyres just gave way I couldn't keep up the pace anymore and I was getting the front left to 170 degrees at one point when I checked lol I doubt that was helping it. Ended up losing the lead and finished 5th.

Race 3 - Spun final corner so decided to pit as I spun right in front of the entrance lol I heard a sound and decided to release the limiter but the sound was the lap finishing lol so got a stop/go for that. Pitted for stop/go and made the same mistake and got another stop/go. Then crashed into the little wall going through the big right hander up the hill.

Looking forward to Laguna Seca should be better suited for me there

good track with a bit of everything thown in, off camber bits, fast full throttle corners air time and 1/2 throttle corners
it was mint to see every one through the feild enjoying there night, wd wobblyone you were humming

Wow... what a night !

Qualifying - Got into the high 23's and was still only 7th (just shows the high caliber of guys that were there!)

Race 1 - Could never get the set up to feel good but was circulating the best i could... until........ had a half-arsed sneeze just as i came to the piece were you get the little jump... hit the barrier and dismantled the Falcon - Race over

Race 2 - After finding all the Falon bits in the grass and trees and re-assembling the mighty green machine! I was ready to race!!!
2nd lap I think it was, came up to turn I and went from 5th to 2nd and slid through the corner on off the track..... got going and concentrated on just doing clean laps... reasonably quiet race from then on.

Race 3 - Got up to second behind Mumbe on the first lap before sliding into him, send us both off track. Waited for Mumbe to re-join. Got back up the field a bit due to others spins and mishaps and had some great battles during the race... enjoyed it immensely.


Great to see some new faces and members from other series..... hope you enjoyed yourselves and look forward to seeing you all next week!

um in qualy i knew that i had to beat my PB but couldnt and benny got it so wd m8



race 1 well got the jump and into first place and from there i was un touchable


race 2 got the jump again and decided to go on the inside line for turn 1(note: i did not change my line) then after mini passed me finally got a good run on the main straight and passed him but he repassed me then got on the grass and forgot to not hit the brakes but i did and went spinning for an DNF.


but least i got my first ever race win!!!

wow what great fun and a suprise had tried the nz v8 mod a while ago and been put off v8's for life had seen the guys in server and thought bugger it give these a go......glad i did, after being given a great base setup from the guys on the server i tweaked it around to basically what i run most cars at and the thing was a dream to drive and i was in the zone on this track had some great battles with kris mini benny etc, if i hit anyone in that first race appologies im not sure either way but we had some serious lag issues with flying cars and stuff...race one think i got second behind moo bad luck mate i can only assume u got dumped or lost ur connection as the evening went on, gutting as u were flying race 2 had some weird black screen thing and dropped from 1st to 4th, worked my way back 4 the win, and in race 3 was pressured by kris in the enduro who was never more than a few seconds away until his pitstop i stayed out longer, by the second stint my car had a bit more pace and i gradually pulled away......not quite sure how i fluked my setup but was able to pull 4 or 5 22's in the race and otherwise low 23's ......god i hope this setup works everywhere else.........but dont expect me to go this well again......its all downhill from here lol

What a night some great racing

In Qual 3 mins to go Wobbly and myself were equal at the top of the tree with a difference of 0.0000. I put on some new tyres and headed back out at the 1m50 mark to get one more lap in. on the warmup lap seen Moo hit the front dropping into the 1m22's so I threw everything at the lap I had put the car on Pole .3 clear with a 1.22.5 was wrapped

Race one had a great battle in the early stages with Wobblyone and defended while trying to keep on the pace of the leaders. It got to the point that I had to back out a little and let wobbly through as my tyres were suffering running at the pace I would need to hold him out. It was worth it as had good tyres to the end and held on to a strong 3rd

Race 2 was epic got a good start but was over careful into turn one as we were three abreast lost some spots. Was watching The leaders get away and was caught behind mumbie who had a good pace but I was just a little quicker and made my way though after the jump . I worked my way on to the back of the 4 car freight train up front which became 4 when moo got to wheels on the dirt trying a under and over move on M1N1 and spun. This battle was the best fun plenty of respect along with tuff hard racing. M1N1's tyres went off and the others got though I did a lap later but could chase down kris

Race 3
Great race again was stuffed by the end I managed to get a drive thru at the end brought the car home 4th after Spaz got the better of me our last 4 or 5 lap battle.

Was great to see some of the TCL regulars have a run it was a tuff track to for your first go with no practice you all did very well. NExt week at laguna I'm sure everyone knows this one I can assure you these cars on this track is something special.
