Race department world v8 supercars

Bloody pissed off at the moment... rfactor just ruined the Phillip Island enduro race devilracer and i were teamed up in.

I qualied and started, and was being a pretty dodgy team mate, not even on the lead lap, had a couple of spins, but had done an epic steady 30-lap stint without pitting, so the race was not too bad.

Then the time came to do the swap and fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu.

Our rfactors froze the instant he got in the car.

We had tested the swaps weeks before, they went without a hitch at all. Then we were testing them pre race, loads of troubles. We hadn't changed anything aside from setup, so yeah, still haven't figured out why. With some tweaking we managed to practice reliably swapping from me driving to devil driving only. Or so we thought. So the idea was I start and do 1/2 the race, then devil takes over so we only do one swap.

I was so pissed off as well.

I was just devastated when it happened.

I've gone so far as to re-installing rFactor and re-downloading the World V8 Supercars mod.

Hopefully something comes right from doing that.

So yeah. Bring on Bathurst on the 30th of November @ 4am NZDST. Hope it is all sorted for that.

Well this Sunday morning is the Bathurst 700km event for the World V8 Supercars.

Looking forward to having a stable race this time without the bloosy game freezing whenever we go to do a driver swap.

Well it got put off til this Sunday morning as there was wya too many server problems. Too many teams just were not able to do driver swaps and the server kept crashing.
