Post Race GP200

. Great Racing....

Thanks guys for turning up to to my first go at running a series.....

Enjoyed race 1 but struggled in race 2 and 3.

Race 2.... was wondering why Petrolhead was slowing and forgot what gear i was in.... went from 4th to 1st and spun.... then got stuck on the ripple strip losing half a lap or more....
had another couple of offs and finished a lap down

Race 3 wasn't flash for me either but at least i stayed on the lead lap....

Didn't Really come to grips with track and cars to last race but had a ball.

Qual
Finished where I thought I would but was looking foward to battle with Dano as didn't have pace to run with Kiwi and Petrol

Race 1
Started Slow and Noticed dano was gone which I thought meant was going to be a lonely race. I run the medium tyres and really struggled for the first few laps. Started to close in on Kiwi here and there but pretty much were running simialar pace. About lap 5 had a spin getting on throttle to early and dropped 8 Sec's. Kept pushing and found Kiwi had a problem a couple of laps latter and closed back in. From here Kiwi out drove me and pulled away. finished on the Podium though

Race 2 Reverse Grid
Couldn't see the lights and with the tight grid layout was worried I was going to get in Petrolheads way but actually got a resonable start. Both guys got passed while my tyre temps came up and as they did started to close on kiwi again. Kiwi had a spin and I got through himself and petrol and went for it. Petrolhead played with me for a 5 laps but while I did my best to make it hard to get past (should be great Screenshots of both of us airborne together I try and get tonight)before pulling on past and making a break. Finished Second.

Race 3

Reasonable start and once again lost some ground on colds but then started punching out PB's 1:17.791 was the best I got to. Got past Kiwi but then ran wide a couple of corners later. Kiwi then later made a mistake and I was able to get back though to take second again. As I got use to the car was able to push a lot hard in this race and had the car really hanging out through turn two and finally got the corner leading on to the back hill climb right which put me near the pace I needed to be.

Overall Great Night and really enjoyed my self well done on first job as admin Kiwi you did a perfect job and look like you have produced a really fun series.

I think that was the last thing I saw before the game crashed on me just as the race session started.
