Hi! not a racer, but otherwise helpful...
Hello everyone.
I'm Marcel from Germany and my appearance here might be a glimpse of things to come - no, it's not a german invasion!
There might be some more Touring Car Legends stuff in this forum soon, so I take the chance and introduce myself.
I've been around for most of the last 10 years,
starting out doing simple paint jobs and track conversions for Sports Car GT (anyone remember Speedsims.com?)
a quick job as a tester for the BPR-Mod for EA's F1-2k2, also for the never released TDG F1 1994 mod
moving on to F1-C '99-'02 and joined CREW for the Lotus Elise mod (paints) and the quite known F1-Seven (some paints and research)
then came the big move to rFactor starting with a 2005 British F3 carset - no clue if I ever released that one, haha - and then of course TCL
We had great fun doing those awesome cars, me specialising on the ETCC, BTCC and DTM cars, with an occasional ATCC/Bathurst car from time to time. Luckily we had Wilson who did an awesome job on finding awesome pictures and doing spot-on paints of the aussie cars.
After the 2009 release of TCL we all took a big deserved hiatus (we've been working on the mod for over 3 years straight) and now the desire to fire up Photoshop is back again. So I'll be releasing new carsets (liveries mostly) for TCL, which will you guys even more cars to chose from.
Be sure to check out the Touring Car Legends site on Facebook for more infos and updates.
There is even a chance of a TCL subforum popping up here
enough of that jibba jabba now,
have a nice time folks.

Welcome welcome.
On sunday nights through 2011 belonged to TCL here at TTR.
Very popular here and many people you could almost say devoted to this mod with some like David Paterson actually owning a couple of ex bob holden toyota's.
2012 will also be a big year for TCL especially with the new updates even though the spotlight will be shared with histx.
I am sure most of our racers will carry on with rf1 even after rf2 is released because of the popularity of TCL here.
I arrange the series on sunday nights here and are looking forward for your opinions good or bad on how we're going
