Sure if the numbers are there I'm very happy to stick with Zonda's no one has really commented about the series and not looking to fill the server but 10-15 would be a good amount to start the race.

I just voted for for f1 following.
I'd def have a go at the f1s. Some good tracks are coming up soon.

Now that I read your comment above mine I see it was too late anyway for the f1 following series. But anyway if you do a series later on I'll check it out.
Does the mod you were intending to use have kers and drs?
That'd be quite interesting.

Re: Thursday Night Series Voting.
Not sure exactly what is happening with a series of F1's yet but there will be one
just trying to get an idea of interest in running a series of some description.
yes it would def be my intension to use a mod/track's to allow the use of both Kers & DRS, the one I'm looking at is the F1RFT mod that comes with the tracks to support both.. I have tested and It's a very nice mod based on the 2011 series but am having a few issues getting the Kers & DRS to work.
Ive also been looking at the FSR2012 mod that has been released for public download there is also another on RFC that I might try too...
there seems to be a few votes for each only thing is the people that like to run thursdays that wont race OW.
we have a couple of weeks to sort it out as the Zonda's are not due to start till end of July..

Re: Thursday Night Series Voting.
Yeah I downloaded 2011 rft but never installed it after reading what was required to get it all going.
I'd imagine DRS would be quite tricky to do because there's the track component of it, i.e. you'd have to set the DRS zone(s).
F1 is now more of a video game and the actual video games are having to catch up!
I wouldn't be too fussed over the gimmicks like drs and kers.

too true,, The track pack that comes with F1RFT has the DRS Zone pre set, It's getting the DRS button to work,, you have to enable it through the HUD editor and then map it to your Headlight key or something,,
Yhea gimmicks they are but they are cool... I guess a series would be good with or without it but might give some guys just off the pace a chance.. could play out in some pretty cool strategy, Or again it could be pointless...
thanks for the feedback...

Re: Thursday Night Series Voting.
Have been testing F1RFT alot and it's good but not great... I think the pick of the F1 mods for my mind is the CTP2006 mod atm a few years older but some cool cars and drivers to follow from that time, as well as some really good tracks if it was going to be a selection from that year.
Cars are not super easy to drive but no way near as hard as the older F1's.
all options, For now that Zonda Series will stay either in it's current form or a slightly modified series..
