Round 1 - Wakefield Park - Jan 12th

should be a closely fought championship

great racing last night. 3 different winners and some close battles up the front.
big sorry to stevo for the acco in race 2.

I seemed to get swamped at the start of the races and come back as the races went on.
Was so hard to get a run on someone and away from the pack.

In the 20min race I decided to take it easy on tyres  and not change in the stop, which saves a bit of time. Was a good idea until 2 laps to go when I couldn't control the car lol.
Had a good lead up until that point and had 2 spins then Groupc was right on my rear with half a lap to go, but I couldnt keep him behind as my car was twitching sideways mid corner. Then realized I had 1L left in the tank with a 3rd of a lap to go  and run out coming into the last corner.
I crawled to the finish with a bump from another car to get me over the line.

Looking forward to next round at the old Sandown  

Yep thanks corty for another good round. I had fun racing with Benny in the first 2 races then last race was crap but i finished.
