Pre Bathurst

i wanted to start this early to get some info on what people will be running and what laptimes people have gotten.. something to aim for ,

i got a 2 20.1 in an rs500
and a 2 23 in a bmw m3

I've gotten the Mustang into the 22s, and have previously done 18s in the Sierra. If we are only at the same time i will shoot you a setup menthol

just setup my rs500, got a 2 18.6 fairly sloppy lap.. im abit worried about tyres with it in an hour long race.

Just did a few Sierra laps, best was a 2:17.1
Best in a BMW was a 2:20.7

looking fairly close with the Sierra's, we might be in the low 16s come race time

Depending on numbers, a top 5/10 shootout qualifying? Send each car out at 20/30sec intervals so it doesn't take too long? Just an idea seeing as its Bathurst

If we get a few Sierra's running, as seems by this thread, it should be a close race as the times seem close enough between us. By my reckoning it'll be roughly a 25-lap race, can we make the tyres last?

What time are we starting qual/racing?

I gather we're using orsm 2006 Bathurst?

Did a 2:23.6 in the Harvey/Lowe VK on Hard/Med tyres.(after about 3 laps)
Looking for a good race pace rather than a hot lap
seeing I'm not used to the VK. Lots of play time b4 Sunday though! :-)
Is the track gonna be on the server b4 hand or does it come on that night?
(I see Oran Park is on there).

i'll set it up for a shootout style qualifying but private, only 3 laps alowed

I have only done some limited laps at around 1m24 so its a big catch up for me

I hope to make this one. I did about a 2:18 in a sierra, but I'm just not consistent enough in them around Bathurst....if I do manage to make it I may be in my 2:20 volvo 240 (or an SD1 flying the UK flag ) as I can run them more evenly. Looking at timings - does this start at 11am Uk time?

Looks like 2:24 or 2:25's will be the pace (at best) for the VK. I hope not everyone is gonna be driving a Sierra or I'll have a very lonely race at the back !!!

i am driving a merc and shaza a 635 so there will be others driving not in the teens
