Re: Post Pukekohe - Final Round
Results are up!
Well done Wobblyone and Squeeekmo on the top 2 places....
Lucky we had changed the format from enduro to 4 x sprint races as there were a few issues with people dropping out....
It was great turn out and i had a ball....... half the fun for me is the banter on Ventrilo... and at least one of my spins was due to laughing to hard..(thanks Kris!)
I used Squeekmo's set and had reasonable pace... but was still passed at will by the fast guys!!! Wobbly with 50kg on was still bloody quick!!!
Looking forward to the next Tuesday series (DRM run by TTR_Dano)
Please remember if you want to have a go at running a Tuesday series PM Benny or myself to get the ball rolling. We have a couple already in the pipeline but it would be good to have some ideas for future series....

Re: Post Pukekohe - Final Round
What a great series. These cars were fun as hell to drive...Had a ball chasing down Wobbly and the others. I'm off to Thailand next week so i'll miss most of DRM series and i'm also planning to build a racing cockpit so i wont be racing this Tuesday. Might pop in for a stickybeak though.
Puke was a cool track with the beefed up AE86, always on the edge around the last turn. I had a pretty good night with a string of podium finishes but only managed 5th in Qually. I was about 1/2 a second quicker than when we first came to Pukekohe for the opener so i was wrapped with that.
Cheers guys and i'll be back racing when I get back from overseas next month.

Have a good trip mate, re cockpit if u can afford it the biggest difference to my sim racing in years was my recent purchase of a eye infinity card and 3 monitors has made a big difference to the immersion in the game, well worth the investment in my opinion.
