Pre Symmons Plains

Anyone done any laps yet ?? would be interested in seeing what pace would be for this race.. apparently these cars fly around here....

Got my new pedals today (Fanatec Clubsport) the old ones there was something wrong with the throttle every mod every track I was -5-10km/h on top speed compared to everyone,, at Sandown it was 15km/h ..

anyways cut a few laps to test the pedals out and best time so far is a 52.210 on my Sandown setup... feels like that is pretty quick but belive the time might be down in the 51's with the real good drivers down maybe high 49's ?? low 50's not sure..

Good to see a few people on tonight having a few laps.. Looks like it's gonna be a cracker from what I have seen so far there are 4-5 guys all within .100 and less of each other.. should make for some good racing...

Did a few laps Last night Managed to drop into the mid 52's. There apears to be a pretty big difference in setting the car up for qual speed to race consistency. My time was with a slightly lower downforce version of my race setup which would be to risky during the race. I didn't dial in a full Qual setup but there is definately time there if I had.

Going to be interesting If anyone owns a Tow Truck Park it turn Two there is going to be plenty of work. These cars with there Big heavy Arse under brakes turing is a little tricky combine this with there tendency to bouce all the way across the track if you touch the curbing is going to make it fun.

Yup turn two is going to be interesting...

I had to crank the rear downforce up to get the car to settle....

Jumped on and had a few more laps today, Pretty sure I'll stick with the set that I have now it's as balanced as its going to be I think..

Floydie was on and he was around the same pace as the rest of us so could make for some really close battles..

Shout out to n0Remorse watching his times drop from 58's to 53's in the last couple of days is good to see..

Turn 2 will make or brake a good race I think..
