Next DRM Series - starting 23 October - Schedule Poll

Ok I've posted the full 1980 schedule below. As you can see some rounds are repeated.

So here's a poll. Should we stay true to the full 13 rounds or just run the 9 rounds and skip the repeats?

Repeats can be good because most people would have a setup already...

Yeah I agree, but there's a couple of interesting ones. i.e. round 2 and 4 are both Nurburgring, round 11 and 13 are Hockenheim rounds. And both Nurburgring and Hockenheim are there 3 times each.
But I'm not sure that it's a good idea.

I voted no, twice would be fine at a track but I think 3 times is too much

It's tough to make decisions based on 3 other votes besides mine.

How about this?

1 Zolder
2 Nürburgring
3 Hockenheim
4 Mainz-Finthen
5 Spa
6 Norisring
7 Salzburgring
8 Diepholz

plus 2 enduro rounds (maybe)
9 Nürburgring (possibly 45 or 60 minute enduro)
10 Hockenheim (possibly 45 or 60 minute enduro)

I'm going to delay the start of this series by a week sorry. I hope that doesn't bother anyone. I've been a bit busy and a bit slack about putting it together.
I'll get it all together and make an announcement next week.

In the mean time i.e. next Tuesday are there any requests for the night?

I was thinking of a DRM fun night at Turkey which I have a wet and dry mod version, or possibly one of the tracks in the 1980 schedule. But I'm open to suggestions.

i lookin forward to this series... best mod going..mite even trade the porche in this time......

I might miss the 1st Round or 2 (still without a house!),
but I hope to do a few more of these this time.

Had a blast on spa last night, does anyone else feel like the blast up through Blanchimont is flat or even slightly downhill instead of a climb!?

I wasn't aware it's actually a climb, it all happens pretty quickly there.
Anyway, that's us tonight. Practise for Spa and Zolder tonight with some fun races.
