There seems to be an issue with the server... Changed the damage from 70-35% now everyone in getting and .rfm error Sad trying my best to fix it before race starts

okay so i figured out my problem but dont know how to fix it? um i go to a different user and can download no problem but i ccant on this user im using right now which is my acccount woud there be something blocking it??

probably your firewall permissions or admin permissions of original user. windows is a c*nt sometimes.
