it says 3 races
race 1 is 10min
race 2 is 10min
race 3 is 30 min
in your post it says cps for race 2 should that be cps for race 3
let me through in my 2 cents
all ttr races are way to short
why not just have one race maybe an hour race with a top ten shoot-out before the warm-up
A ten min race isnt a race

Thanks Killerkeys, It is a CPS in race 3 and not 2

We usually have shorter races because if someone has an issue / incident in race 1 or 2 then they get to have another go and it doesn't completely ruin their night.

We will look longer races with this mod and others on the off weeks........

What if the safety car is activated? It would give those that have had a issue a chance to catch up and strategies will be altered to suit. If it can be setup under safety car lapped drivers can join the rear of the queue back on the lead lap? Or would that be too much?

Safety cars and their deployment are being looked at... there are are whole lot of issues around this subject however we are hopeful of having something to work with in the future....

Another point is, that if a driver has become too damaged to continue and left the race, they get another chance to have as much fun as everyone else.... well in the next race anyway

hey kiwi you can adjust values in the rfm file for saftey cars like for an example this is from the fujitsu series 2011 file

Yeah everyone would need the same rfm file

Dean Chris and Myself tested the TCL server LAst week but the RFM must be set to block it as we couldn't make it work with TCL

AS Craig Said above we have been looking at it and discussed last admin meeting hence the test that we conducted

Playing around with RFM gets really messy I personally think

That's a shame as the element of the unknown a safety car could bring to a race could be interesting but it sounds like a pain to implement.

well what about if the acsp 2013 update gets a new rfm file and all of that? its quite easy to do and we will get to work on a saftey car feature?

At the moment if someone has the ACSP, they can still go on to a server not running the skin pack if they select a normal car.... screwing with the RFM file will restrict you doing that....

Or am I wrong????

yeah it can restrict u but also u can add "those plain cars in for skins"
