RFactor 2 - Subscription Expired ?

I tried to get RFactor 2 up to date, I ended up having to download the latest install as it kept saying 
"your subscription has Expired" or something like that ?
Anyway, installed the latest version and trying to sign in and still getting "subscription has Expired" ?

I purchased a lifetime subscription when the game a couple of year ago, so I'm not sure what's going on there ?

Anyone had this ?

nope, mine is all good but ive had lifetime since it came out, just email them and explain and they'll assist.

Yeah, I've got the lifetime when it first was released, so not sure what's going on  
Will get around to contacting them at some stage, but if I have to pay again, then that's me out !
I wont pay twice for what I thought was a turd the first time !

Do you still have your key? I know they changed the activation process some time ago.

No...the order number is different to the key. The key would have been emailed to you (Its like a serial key for a game)
If you do contact ISI, use your order number for reference. You won't have to pay anything additional.

Hopefully RF2 is now worth the trouble 

The community seems divided at the moment.
Some are going rF2 while others are going Asetto Corsa.
Both have their merits and faults.

I suppose now that we have a few games to choose from the community will divide, I've heard mixed reviews about both games.

Haven't had a reply or anything from them yet 
Hopefully its the time difference & ill hear something over night.

Well Tim replied this morning at some stage, saying that I had only purchased a 1 year online subscription ?
I've questioned him about it saying 'then why could I get on for 2 & 1/2 years' ?
He mentioned the price I paid, but I bought it at a time when they had a special running and could get lifetime for like half the price of the standard.
I can remember telling a few about it and they purchased it at the same time, when it was on sale.

So I'm not sure what's happened then, it may have been my misunderstanding ? 
But it looks like I wont be racing on RF2 

bugger, its worth it though as the mods that are being released for it are very well done and more and more are being done.

I ordered it for 12 months but got 18 months out of it because it took that long to get to a point where they could charge for a yearly subscription.
I spoke to Tim about paying extra to go to a lifetime subscription and it was no trouble. I think I had to pay another $56nz.
