To help improve your chances of finder servers change the number in your to UserData Multiplayer conig file 4000 so i looks like this Concurrent Server Updates="1000" default is only set to 400.
eg: C:\Program Files\v8 1.3\UserData\AUS-JD then you will see the Multiplayer folder in here.
TTR=JD
TTR=JD
