Hey Benny is there an overall championship as well?

I know splitting it up like this is to deal with people missing rounds, which is a good call.
What might make an overall championship fairer is if you had to discard your 2 worst rounds' points or your 4 worst races' points.

F1 championships used to be done like that.
Although I guess it would be a bit of a headache calculating the points for everyone.

there is 4 quarters so that more people have the chance to win the the championship!!

There will be four champions throughout the year and one year championship winner as well will discuss with admin re dropping 2 rounds for overal championship. Doesn't always work though eg doohan lost to rainey when they had that in place

That depends on your perspective. I'm sure Rainey didn't mind.
It's a system that promotes the need to push for results rather than collect points conservativley.

so can i race with a game pad??

Hey nick you can run the gamepad just be aware going sudden movements. Game pads users to them can be unpredictable for cars trying to pass you as you movement left to right can be done so quickly.

So yes your welcome to run but be aware of the movement problems and if you find you enjoy get your self when you can afford it a wheel it is far more enjoyable

Did some testing last night on controls threw a few differnent setups at the car all felt very good for about 5 laps to 7 laps by the tyres are really hot pushing 140's all round. Im going to Need some more tuning in to be half competitive this weekend

we do V8 supper car racing, we should keep it to v8 supper car point system if possible
do they drop off two rounds for over all points??
some of us have kids and other things we need to do at night so that might come into the decision
i left a mates going away party and had to drink 3 coffees to be able to see the screen for the nights racing lol
now thats dedication

Had a great run tonight with a few guys not from our league that might come have a race tomorrow night. Nibiru admin from xfactor was there and I think a few guys from his league. Also Saw some great pace from one very Kwik Kiwi.

Could be interesting tomorrow night the race distance is 26 laps and my economy on sprints in a battle is 13.5 laps available could be very close for some if you don't watch your millage

Sorry, wont be here for this meeting guys as i will be at the speedway engineering the Falcon at Brisbane International Speedway. Just finished getting all the changes to the suspension, tyres, timing, fuel mixture etc completed. Hopefully it runs a bit better this meeting, if not i may get the sack.
