cheers kiwi Smile

was a top night couldnt ask 4 more, 3 from 3 and pole.

i love this track and the car was great not sure what i did different to everyone else setupwise but the car was pulling constant low 1.04's no matter what fuel it had in and did a 1.04 dead in last race still while trying to manage tyre temps throughout the session, so i must of got something right Smile

had easy drives race 1 and 2 but race 3 i was made to work for it really hard early on and had some enjoyable battles with the new guys and webb, eventually managed to pull away and gradually opened a nice gap till the finish, 30 mins nonstop in these without binning it takes huge conentration.....phew

grats to everyone who finished in these no mean feat!!

cya at the next 1

haha, interesting night.

after not having much practice here, probably 50 laps, i was a little worried.

Qualified 2 seconds off pole.

First race, i came off three times, raged hard, stupid mistakes, came 6th i think?

Second race, 15 mins, only came off once, drove a bit better, came 5th or something?

Third race, 30 mins, only came off once in this race also, Spent half the race chasing webber, then seeing him spin off about 4 times, the other half was spent staying infront of him. Webber is very fast, and even though he made mistakes, he still caught up to me again and again.

You people are way to fast for the likes of me lol. But it was a lot of fun and some good racing, once i found some kind of rhythm. I think i heard a 1:05.2 during the race, which would be my best time here. And thats low fuel and flat out being chased by Webber, so how Wobbly can manage a 1:04 flat is just mind boggling.

Sorry if i scared a couple people with my grass adventures, i did my best to keep out of peoples way. I know i led Kiwi into the grass in race 2, he mustve been following my braking line lol, big mistake mate.

Great cars, great series. Most of my time will be spent on TCL, so im not expecting huge results here. So two 5ths and a 6th is pretty fair.

Wd to Wobbly and other Leaders.

I was very late due to unloading my ute & trailer after getting home very late from MCM at EC, quickly throwing down some dinner and then missed the first race, because I had the wrong Pukekohe. I d/l the right one and was ready for Race 2. These cars have lots of upgrades available and i've never bothered with them before, so a fair bit of testing is required to get the best spec. I hurriedly developed a half decent spec, but was way off the pace in Race 2 and got stuck in the gravel twice, the second time after spinning in front of a front runner who as trying to lap me! Race 3, I was very consistent, doing 1:10s lap after lap almost without incident.
