Must say very excited about this round one of my Fav tracks, I know its a while away but what sort of lap times will be norm around here ? done about 20 laps and best lap so far a 54.654 ??

Hey Powerslave, just had a spin and got 54.2 with the sprints.

Found last years results but last year we had one set of sprints to put on at some point in one only of the three races once

54.2 webber wow least i can get a 53.7 but im not racing at barbagallo since of my school work

Moo webber went out and did a couple of Laps only so he could answer the question

thanks guys,, Just wanted an idea of lap time to see if I'm heading in the rite direction and how much practice I needed. My closest rivals Futs & Sublime will not there for this round so I want to try and finish well to get in front of them... the rivalry is heating up amongst Us Canberra Clan LOL also benny using your Hamilton set and seems to work pretty well just add 1 xtra to the wing...

I'd be focused on trying to get a high 54 or low 55 to begin with sublime ,mid to low 53's are possible but its a hectic lap .... if you can get into the 54's you will be doing well

yea track looks easy but I found there is a huge loss of grip through the 1st sec but good too know I'm around abouts on time to finish in the points

lol didnt see ur time right up the top 54.6 is good what downforce u running? i run 4 here

Just had a look at my time above last year Results 54.0 was on sprints and 55.4 on controls but there has been a tyre update since this race I think grip was similar but the sprints use to last all race

If u try that it might get ya down to a flat 54

I see on Liveracers JD did a couple of laps last night. Good to see after a year of not racing he does a few laps and beats my time. I guess My practice is working:lol!:

On a serious Note it would be Fantastic if he did make it this weekend have missed running a lap behind him

I agree it would be great if JD could join us, a year after we last raced in full anger.

I was planning to sit tonight out to study, but if JD is getting behind the wheel it'd be awesome to race alongside him again.

Spoke to him Webber for you check he isn't running is off to Australian Titles of one of the teams he sponsors. So back to the books for you

For any SRNZ guys interested in taking part is there a registration thread or anything that needs to be sorted prior to race time?
