Is the vehicle mass in the HDV file supposed to include or exclude the driver?

Most classes nowadays weigh cars with the driver onboard, but in Group A, the cars were weighed without the driver.

To simulate accurate performance in rFactor, which weight should we use in the HDV?

From what i remember the weight in the hdv is including all fluids except fuel and also includes the driver weight.

I think Peter actually added a driver of around 70kg to the cars weight and put that in the hdv.
