Had my brake pedal spiking to about 10% at times....

Stripped it down this morning and cleaned it up... made a huge difference...

Hoping it will make difference to my lap times now I haven't got the brakes flickering on! Shocked

i this is what happened to me couple months ago striped the g27 pedal box to its like bare bone but did not touch the pentiometers as i dont wanna change them sprayed some stuff on there and a 5 hour clean out they were good as new.

5 Hours!?!?!.... Shocked

I stripped back just the braking pontentiometer. Wasn't as daunting as I first thought.

yeah didnt pull the frame apart so i cleaned with a cloth and screw driver under it Smile

its what was happening to the aceelerator on mine apart from the opposite to spiking, was losing contact

oh man i switched the springs so now clutch has the hardest and the brake hs the softest and the gas ahas the meduim it feels weird..

i swapped my throttle with the clutch, way better and you do get used to it!

Shouldn't the brake pedal be the hardest and the accelerator the softest? Just like on a real car.

just thought to change it to see what it was like this morning I couldn't live with it anymore so I changes it to back the old setup which is the default setup for the springs Smile
