There will be an official practice night this Friday, 8th June for Rd 3 of the ICONS series @ Rouen.
We will be kicking off at about 8pm, & a 40 minute practice race will be held
if numbers a good.

And I can't pick for example the Saleen as it says I need more experience points. Is there any way around this?

I really wanted to run in this was lovin the BMW... The wife booked us in for dinner so couldnt make it how did TTR Fair ??

I managed to get 4th. It was goping to be 3rd but had to do a splash n dash at the end...

had a great car ....the corvette handles so well it kept me in the race and managed a 3rd .....short shifting most of the race so i didnt need a splash at the end ....it was hard to keep it together ...i was getting nervous towards the end ,but when the 3rd and 4th placed car went for the splash and dash at the death ,all i had to do was keep it on track and 3rd was mine ..there was a bit of carnage early which i was luky enough to dodge {bad luck nib} but once it settled down the race on in earnest ...great race great night ...thanks obbzy

Yeah...don't know who it was but we did the last 10 laps side by side. When we came in for the splash n dash I didn't change tires where I think he did.
That gave me a 15 second gap. Also had to do a drive through on the last lap for speeding...but had enough time on him to complete it and get back out on the track.

I had a tough night in the Ferrari. Up and down like a yo-yo.

Quallied o.k.
I think I ended up last by turn 2, so battled on.
Realised my lack of practice (checking engine wear etc)
was gonna be a problem as the engine wear was bad.
I had to short shift after the 1st stop so I
could finish. It put me under pressure from Stephen & Grey.
My last planned stop I somehow managed to put the grille
setting to 1, which was that last thing I needed to do
with a crook motor. Had an unplanned stop just before the end
to go from 7th to 9th outright & from 2nd to 4th in Gt2 class!

Well done to Rookie for a maiden first up victory in GT1, plus Nooby & Bob
for their podiums. Well done also to Nipzon for 1st in GT2's and great work
from Stephen & Greylord for Gt2 podiums.

Once the results are posted in SLS I'll update the clan team points.

Looking for a more consistent result at Singapore.

Well done ttrsonofa...but, you haven't registered properly in SLS, you're using a different nickname to the one
you're using in the game & I think a different car...so you're not getting the points for yourself or your clan!
You may want to have a look next time ya on and fix it it up.

I only started practicing on the night so I was never too hopeful, but still really enjoyed the track. I was last of the finishers in 10th.
I'm thinking we might have to use Rouen for our upcoming DRM series.

Singapore Bay should quite interesting, If I remember rightly it's a dog of a track but should be fun anyway. The GT2s might be more competitive there, it's got about a million slow corners.

I prefer the older version of Rouen. Its a lot more faster.
The only thing is that the last time we ran a league race there was way too much lag.
