So we've decided to extend DRM for a bit. We know there's plenty of DRM fans out there and everyone totally agrees it's a lot of fun racing these beasts.

So here's a poll to gauge where we'd all like to be racing.
It's multi choice so you can vote for more than just one idea.

I have been running and I did vote for local based tracks as I could choose only one option and based on the fact that I know them less of a learning curve on the night. But happy to swing with any option.

Style of tracks most we have run them on have been suitable so far there isn't much that these cars wouldn't be fun on

I don't know why you could only vote once, I managed to. But that's not really a big deal here.

Yeah I also voted for local, and also tight and twisty.
But those two easily go together since we have some good "tight twisty" and "street" circuits to choose from.
This also has the added bonus of not having to bother with any downloads. Plus we're all familiar with them.

I love racing these cars on long, open fast European tracks but i don't mind where we run em.

I hope to be back racing abit more in the next couple of weeks. Bloody real life getting in the way of my beer n steer!!

That's awesome, I'm stealing that one. Sounds much better than "online sim racing"

Thanks for your input people.

My plan now is to put together a 2 part series.

Part1 will be all local tracks.
Part2 will be an international tour.
I'm thinking 6 events for each part.

We'll crown a champion for each part and the overall series.

I'll put together a schedule for the local part over the next few days.
Feel free to comment here if there are any tracks you'd like to race at and we'll consider and discuss them.

The tracks I have in mind at the moment are:

Wellington street circuit
Calder Park
Sandown ( will schedule to coincide with the v8s race there )
Adelaide
Oran Park
Hamilton
Melbourne
Manfield
Bathurst (We've already raced there twice in drm but I'm happy to go back again if others are keen)
Amaroo
Gold Coast

I'll do the international tracks later on but one that I'm keen to include is a wet/dry version of the Turkey Istanbul F1 track.

Again, any comments and input are welcome regarding the tracks and the format etc.

Cheers GroupC, I'm going to include all 6 and add a couple more of my choosing, so now it's 8, possibly 9 rounds.
Details coming soon.
