M & M UK Cup - Starts 4th October

The M and M UK Cup is a 7 round championship using the (BMW) M3 and Mercedes cars from the TCL mod only.

Mod:
TCL 1.1 (Plus new car patch)

League Start:
4th October 2015

League Format:
There will be three races per night over 7 Rounds. There will be 2 x 15 minute sprint races followed by 1 x 30 minute race per night.
The second race will be a reverse grid. Some details may change for each round.

Cars:
You can use any Merc or M3 (Evo versions are not allowed) from any year or series. Upgrades are free. 
Tires and fuel will be set to 2x. Once you have chosen your car you have to use this for the whole league!

Tracks:
Rd1 - Brands Hatch Full
Rd2 - Mallory Park
Rd3 - Knockhill
Rd4 - Donington
Rd5 - Thruxton
Rd6 - Oulton Park
Rd7 - Cadwell Park

*There will be no racing on the 11th October due to Bathurst

Practice Night:
The official practice night will be the 27th September

Teamspeak:
It would be appreciated if all drivers could at least be in listen mode on Teamspeak, for the safety of all.
Please refrain from talking or chatting in game during qualifying. This can distract the other drivers who are trying to set a lap time.

Just a heads up guys,
one thing to keep in mind, daylight savings starts on the morning of round 1 the 4th of OCT.

Anyone on is Aus that doesn't have daylight savings, make sure your here 1 hour before it says on here (TTR Time)

The cars have working lights, so everything will be fine

And NZ change over tonight...

Practice night tonight. We may cycle through some of the tracks depending on what's loaded on the server...

The cars seem to be pretty even. The Merc has a better top speed, but the M3 is better under brakes and out of a corner.



Whoops...that damn curb again!

Was a little tricky driving the Merc after driving the R32 in the last series.
Took a little while to adjust, not sure if the Merc has as much pace around Bathurst, but it certainly did at Zolder.
