And the track is up.
I'm thinking the Porker might squeal all the way home here.

How was your night?

I enjoyed my night, I spent the last 5 minutes of race1 fighting broken steering and no bumper but it was a better option than pitting at that stage.
I didn't have any such problems in the next two races and was happy to trail in 5th, not too far behind the pack timewise.

The points are up.

Looking forward to Gold Coast where we'll have randomly chosen wet and dry sessions.

First race ws good, intermittent dice with Peter in the Jaegerbomb made it fun. Then in the long break between races, I accidentally pulled the headphones lead out of the computer. Put it back in, but no sound. Removed it again and turned the speakers on, no sound. Race was about to start, mild panic. Top bunch of blokes, put the race on hold while i restarted rFactor. In my mad haste to do it ASAP and not waste everybody's time, I forgot to reload my set-up. Default set-up was 6s a lap slower! The entire field lapped me twice! Funnily enough, I still finishd in the same position and scored the same points. Apparently the championship difference between pretty ordinary and totally crap is SFA.

Race 3 gridded up last as usual. Had a few practice starts in the break and was feeling confident, made the usual crap start and fell back. Everytime Pete spun at Turn 4 and he did that a lot, i got close and we had a few good dices. On the last lap I had a big spin and Pete got 5s ahead, I put my head down and tried to catch him, amazingly i did so and he ran wide at the final turn, I went for it, got a nose in front and then spun into the fence. What a finish!

3 races, 3 last place finishes. Still, it was good fun, on a track where I tend to go OK, in a car that I really like.
