NAGT Round 10 - Sebring Enduro 7th May

Final Round!
I want to kick this off on time so if you don't intend to race please let me know so the rest of the guys aren't waiting.

Qualifying
Qual starts at 8.00pm TTR time.
This will be a 10 minute session. You are allowed 4 laps in total. 1 out lap, 2 hot laps and 1 warm down lap only.
If everyone does their two qual laps within the 10 minutes we will roll to warm-up earlier.

Race
The race is an endurance round with a time of 75 minutes long
There is a minimum of 1 compulsory pit stop where all 4 tires must be changed

Sorry didnt say anything after race, had to rush around and try and find my pain meds..ruddy toothache was killing me..

Anyways good race, apart from a couple of tussles, just focussed on finishing..

Podium woulda been nice in last race, but Corty stole my jetpack

It was a fun league. There was some good clean racing to be had. Unfortunately the Volvo’s were quite dominant but there was a good mix of cars. Thanks to all that came along and raced.
Congratulations to Corty for taking out the Championship. Well done to Sulley and Killer for taking out 2nd and 3rd. The final placing’s are as follows

Following on from this I still need suggestions for the next league. The Mini Z Cars seem the most popular so far.

First of all. thanks to Growler for the series

Hardly got a few laps together before qually, I think I quallied 5th-6th ?

Had a spin at the end of the first couple of laps then got a hit from behind on turn 1 and lost alot of time. From there I put my head down and tried to perfect the track and close the gap
Lap by lap was getting quicker and when it was time to stop I had caught the leader
Came in the pits and over shot my pit bay, Killer pitted next lap and came out in front by about 2sec or so. I caught him quick as he was on cold tyres
and he made it very easy for me to pass (cheers for that).
From there I got to the end with a healthy lead.

Well done to Sulley & Killer for 2nd & 3rd and all that showed up for the series.
Loved this series and would definately do another

Through the series the longer races seemed to suit me better as I barely had a win in the short ones because of burned out tyres.
Where as the longer races I was alot more carefull with tyres and thats where I seem to get the speed from, maybe I should have done the same in the short ones

Cant wait to see what we do next
