fire away guys, some good races tonight and the "Dash for Pole" was great fun

Race 1. Didn't take off very well and everyone flew past me. After some of the drivers spun out/crashed I managed to come home in 5th place.

Dash for Poll. Again, a slow start but got past Dano after he spun out, but he got me just before the finish line. I'm am not used to being in the top group and doing a dash for poll. Could get used to it. Lol.

Race 2. Slow take off again. Had practised taking off but just had no concentration last night. Did do some better lap times this race than in race 1 but lost concentration again and went very wide off the track and received a stop/go time penalty. Ended up in 7th place as Shaynskyline didn't start the race.

Thanks Shayn, this means 4 out of 4 races so far in my favour.

missed out on the first race:( but got the 2nd fastest lap in it.

2nd race had a good run with wally, we both made a few mistakes until he had a big one. came 2nd and held fastest lap. groupc is a machine

Here's the take on my races...

Race 1: Just snuck into qualifying after watching Vettel kill Webber again haha I have to admit i have done lots of laps around here, the BMW was hooked up all around the track... I wouldn't say im a machine, i just had a mistake free first laps when i think others got caught up in battles... I then settled to a rhythm that i could maintain lap after lap to look after the tyres.

Race 2: I felt the need for some V8 noise, Mustang was good fun... Had a top battle with Wally in the early laps, i was driving as hard as i could to keep with him, Wal made alittle error into turn 2, i got underneath him then tried to settle down to a pace that wouldnt cook the tyres... The last 5-6 laps the tyres were SHOT, im sure if someone was on my hammer i would have been a sitting duck.

Like Group C, i only just made it, busy watching the GP. I made good starts but was too hot into turn 2 on the first lap each time, gotta remember, cold tyres!

I was really happy with my lap times and surprised to be able to run with you guys for a while. Focussing on neatness instead of speed is definately working for me.

Sorry for missing this round guys, my computer was infected with a bug on the weekend, it wasn't fixed until this morning

Looking forward to Bathurst this weekend nonetheless
